We build the tools we wished existed when we ran QA.

Catchy Labs is an engineering-quality company. We make two products — Pulse for CI release decisions, and CatchyApp for QA hiring and performance — both built on the same idea: quality decisions should be measurable, defensible, and made by people with the right context.

How we think

Decisions, not dashboards

Engineering teams don’t need another wall of charts. They need a clear answer: ship, hold, or fix this first. Both Pulse and CatchyApp end with a decision.

Deterministic over magical

AI helps us surface context, but the calls we ship are reproducible and explainable. Same input, same output — and always overridable by a human.

Built by people who shipped at scale

We’ve been the on-call engineer staring at a flaky test at 2am. We’ve been the hiring manager wondering if a candidate can really test. We build for those moments.

Founder

Tunç Kavaklıoğlu

Tunç has spent 14+ years in software testing and quality engineering. He led QA at Türkiye’s Interbank Card Center (BKM), then took on senior QA roles in fintech and global startups in Germany. He’s taught engineers at Testinium, produces the PodTest podcast, and founded Catchy Labs to build the tooling he kept wishing for on the job.
